FrameHold simply freezes the input at a particular frame. It is easy to use. Its big use is in script management: it is very useful to be able to switch entire streams of the script on and off. This helps speed the render time of the remainder of the script and therby makes its animation easy to check.

There is an example of this node in action in the assets of Lesson 5.
